Training
We like to consider career transition as an
opportunity; the opportunity for the individual to
take active control of the next phase of their
working career. Career transition allows the
individual to make a realistic assessment of their
current skills and identify any training gaps which
may need to be filled prior to moving towards the
next goal in their career.
Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) can
assist in building those skills. We are offering a
range of Certificate courses, some of which may
attract Commonwealth Government funding, which will
enable individuals to build their skills and further
develop their careers.
These courses are available nationally and include
the following features:

Self paced learning

Combination of group, one to one and on-line
learning
·
Competency based learning and assessment
·
National recognised qualification
There is also the opportunity to have previous ‘in
house training’ recognised (RPL) as part or full
accreditation towards Certificate courses. This RPL
may also attract Commonwealth Government funding.
