Multinational manufacturing site

Provided a comprehensive career transition and financial planning program for a division of an Australian ‘top 100’ company. The program for a group of manufacturing employees consisted of a series of workshops followed up with one to one case management sessions and was delivered at the client site.

The key components of the program were:

·   Assisting employees in the management of the redundancy

·   Understanding today’s employment market

The key outcomes were assisting the individuals find new employment and the development of a financial planning strategy.

Australian owned multinational

Provided practical one to one assistance to a senior company executive being made redundant. The program involved one to one counselling sessions between the individual and one of our senior consultants at our Melbourne office over a period of three months.

The key outcomes of the program were:
